Details of the Unfortunate Occurrence
Shortly after the stroke of midnight, the tranquility of the night was abruptly disrupted as law enforcement officers hailing from the Montgomery County Police Department hastened their arrival at the Topgolf premises, which is situated within the vicinity of the 20100 block of Century Boulevard. The urgency of their response was necessitated by reports of an incident involving the discharge of firearms on the premises.
As per initial reports disseminated by the authorities, an unidentified perpetrator discharged a firearm within the premises, targeting two employees who were unwittingly caught in the line of fire. Regrettably, both victims, identified as male individuals, bore the brunt of gunshot wounds – one victim sustained an injury to the leg while the other faced injuries to the torso region. Both individuals were promptly transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries that, fortunately, were deemed not to be life-threatening.
